Cancellation of purchase/return

You always have a 30-day right of cancellation on unused goods when you shop with us, and the cancellation period runs from the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to cancel the transaction within the first 30 days, you must contact us at with notification of the order number and that the purchase has been cancelled. We will then send you a return label that simply needs to be printed and attached to the return shipment. Remember that it is your responsibility to pack the return item securely in the original packaging . The parcel is handed in at one of GLS' parcel shops.

Your share of the return costs for freight and administration will be DKK 0 if the item is as new (i.e. has no depreciation) and is returned in original packaging.

In order for you to make use of the right of return and get a refund of the full purchase price, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it . You are of course welcome to unpack the item. Read in the section below about guidelines for refunding the purchase amount.

ATTENTION: You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time clearly notifying us of this. If a purchased item is not picked up in the GLS parcel shop, all costs associated with taking the item home will be deducted from any amount for reimbursement.


When we receive an item back, our quality department will investigate whether the item has suffered any kind of deterioration in value. If the item's resale price is reduced due to obvious signs of use, or due to transit damage caused by defective packaging upon return, you will not receive a full refund. Any kind of traces of use or transport damage will be documented in the form of pictures during examination.

Refunds for returns will follow the guidelines below.

  1. No depreciation (as new) = full purchase price returned
  2. Limited depreciation = 75% of the purchase price returned
  3. Significant depreciation = 25% of the purchase price returned
  4. 100% depreciation/damaged = 0% of purchase price returned


When you order a product from DESIGNERS FIRST, the delivery time may vary. The current delivery time will appear in your order confirmation. Should we be unable to meet the promised delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible of the expected delivery date.

We would like to point out that when pre-ordering new launches, extra delivery time must be expected. In that case, it will appear before you place your order.


Our products are securely packed in a solid packaging and shipping box. Should the shipping box unexpectedly show visible signs of damage or defect, we ask you to take pictures of the damage BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS UNPACKED.

The product can then be unpacked, and if there is visible damage to the product itself, please send us information about this, including pictures. Send to - .


When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If, contrary to expectations, you experience a production error on your product, please send an email to . In the email, we ask you to state the order number and a brief description of the error. We also ask you to attach 1-3 pictures of the error.

Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered during the usual examination of the item after receipt must be notified to DESIGNERS FIRST no later than 10 working days after receipt via e-mail at If this is a gift, the 10 working days are calculated from the time the product is unpacked.

Note: In B2B (Business to Business) trading the purchase will not be covered by the right of complaint and the Purchase Act, unless otherwise agreed.
